Els Arcs de Pineda Residence has opened a new therapeutic and sensory garden, a space designed to enhance the well-being and quality of life of its residents. The project has been developed in the historic estate of the Casa del Doctor Bertomeu, integrating health, nature and heritage in a unique environment.

The action includes different experiential spaces such as a beach area with fine sand, urban gardens, chicken coop, sensory paths, a central fountain and a shade with aromatic plants, creating a therapeutic path aimed at stimulating the senses and promoting mobility and emotional connection of users.

In addition, the intervention has made it possible to recover a unique heritage element: a bunker from the Spanish Civil War, highlighting local history within an innovative and socially transformative project.
